Terms of Service

Guidelines governing our B2B manufacturing partnerships, OEM/ODM services, and global export standards.

Last Updated: March 11, 2026

By placing an order with Sentol ("Manufacturer"), you ("Buyer") agree to the following terms. We specialize exclusively in B2B large-volume production and do not serve retail customers directly.

01

Nature of Business & Orders

Sentol operates strictly as an OEM/ODM manufacturer and wholesaler. We do not engage in B2C (Business to Consumer) retail sales.

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Private label (OEM) orders require a minimum of 300 cartridges per color.
  • Sample Orders: Sample kits are available for quality verification prior to bulk production. Shipping costs for samples are borne by the Buyer.
  • Order Confirmation: Production commences only after the deposit is received and artwork/formula specifications are approved in writing.
02

OEM/ODM & Intellectual Property

As a private-label partner, we respect your brand integrity.

  • Formulation: We offer standard formulations (Matte, Glossy, Glitter). Custom formula adjustments require R&D review and may incur additional lead time.
  • Packaging: Buyer is responsible for providing print-ready artwork files. Sentol is not liable for errors in approved artwork.
  • Confidentiality: We do not share your custom designs or client lists with third parties.
03

Payment & Shipping

Standard trade terms are FOB (Free On Board) unless otherwise negotiated.

Standard Payment Terms

30% Deposit required to initiate production. 70% Balance due prior to shipment release.

Lead times are estimates based on current factory capacity (typically 15-25 days for container loads). We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping lines, or force majeure events.

04

Quality Assurance & Liability

Our products undergo a strict 3-step QC process before leaving the Changsha facility.

  • Warranty: We guarantee the shelf life and chemical stability of the product as specified on the technical data sheet (TDS).
  • Claims: Any claims regarding quantity or visible damage must be made within 7 days of cargo arrival.
  • Limitation of Liability: Sentol is not responsible for installation failures due to improper surface preparation, application errors, or mixing with non-compatible substances. Professional application is recommended.
